At this congress, we will focus on the individual research manager and
administrator in his or her many capacities. Together, we will explore the
different aspects of our profession: our interaction with researchers, funders
and other administrators; how we facilitate cooperation and interdisciplinarity;
how we are gate keepers; how we work in teams and many other aspects.
The congress is relevant to all research managers and administrators, who
want to develop their skills.
